What's up night owls

Do you also seem to really come awake around midnight? Even if I was up all day previously, tired all day long, I just seem to get energized around this time of night.

What do you like to do in the middle of the night, besides this? I read, watch the shows my dvr recorded, maybe play a video game. I have Dragon Age: Inquisition currently.

I do the same thing, and wonder why. I've been up since 3 am, but am wanting to stay up all night to chat, rather than go to bed, but must turn in.

If I have some new thing to do the next day, I cannot sleep. Anxiety. This morning I took a job fair preparation workshop. Was on like 4 hours. Teacher must've thought I was a drughead. I felt like one. She asked me a hypothetical question and I answered, I have not a clue. Couldn't think. haha
@DanielChristensen: Oh my gosh, me too!! You can just forget it if I have something coming up the next morning, which I do tomorrow. lol. So...I just took a sleeping pill. That's so funny about your thing with the teacher.

I drank some coffee but I was still a bit bleary eyed. I felt like I could see it in her eyes. This dude isn't all there, those eyes said to me. haha
@DanielChristensen: 😂 That's hilarious. Wish I could have seen her expression. I would have died laughing.

She gave us some great advice, though. Go to a company website before and after you apply. Learn what they are about. Learn their language, their verbiage. Use their verbiage on your resume and application. Even wear their company colors. Learn and use the interviewers names. Bring them a thank you note for seeing you. Always follow up on interviews. Ask what you can do to get a second interview. Always say you see yourself down the road with this company, in a managerial position. Always say your strengths are punctuality, hard work, loyalty. Always disguise gaps in employment. Say if you were in jail and were mentoring other inmates. Put down you were a mentor for that time period. Basically, she told us to pretend to be what they are looking for and to flat out lie. I was so tired, I almost called her on it. haha
@DanielChristensen: Excellent advice!! Except for the lie part. Haha
That's the exact same advice, minus the lying, I gave someone on here five months ago. I added some others, but am too doped up from the sleeping pill now, to remember them. 😂 Your story is so funny! Thanks for sharing.
