Why are many Arabs becoming atheists?

Many of them can distinguish between morality and religion. Maybe they're able to meet more non-Muslims/ atheists and realize they're not that bad.I guess they can't help sensing there's something fake in the teaching they got.

I agree with all of it. Interacting with atheists would enormously help but only when it is done with an open mind, someone who is willing to listen and change. I also bet many people are sensing something is wrong with what they believe in (it shows in their defensive way), but too scared to question. Most of them won't be able to distinguish morality from religion until they have partially been liberated of religion, and if they start some questioning, 99.99% of the time they will no longer believe, they will see it all and it will be difficult to stop there
