@TheLoveAge: I made some edits to make it sound more correct. I like non-fiction books about... anything really. I have about... (counting...) 14 books stacked right by me waiting to be read. Sadhguru has a lot of youtube video. I just learned about OSHO as well.
I like spiritual, philosophical, and psychology books. Mainly non-fiction i feel like im wasting my time reading about aliens attacking earth or who murdered who. Im intrigued about the world around me and what it means.
I only have time for 2 books this month before i start my next load of classes...
I think I'm going to read these 2:
The art of non-conformity by Chris Guillebeau
and
Man's search for meaning by Viktor Frankl (already started this one).

@BuddhiNOW: Lol I'm the same way. Although a little fiction here and there keeps it colorful :)
The second book, Man's Search for Meaning is a great read. I listened to it on Audio, and I like the narration of it. Do you do audio books as well?

@TheLoveAge: Yes, unfortunately, i found a way to spend more money in the area as well. Honestly, it depends on how interested i am in the topic. If i'm not sure, ill get an audio version but if i want to be 100% absorbed in the material, i get the paper copy.
The subtle art of not giving a fuck WAS an audio download BUT it is now added the "Library".
Right now im listening to, "To the like switch" an Ex-FBI guide to influencing".
It is truly amazing how easy it is to "Trick" someone into doing things or thinking a certain way. That's another interest of mine: Persuasion, body language etc.

is accepting oneself an affirmation

They are statements you say to yourself to affirm your wellbeing, your alignment. It is acceptance but in eveything in your life. The key is to be positive regardless. Looking into the law of attraction helps to explain it better. It works in tandem. But it's to train you to be positive regardless of outcomes. To enjoy the present moment. To assure that you are in alignment with your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and your actions.
An example:
Your current emotion could be sadness. But you want to feel happiness instead. So using an affirmation such as, 'I am happy right now in this present moment', and reciting to yourself until you feel it. It takes practice, but it works overtime and if you give patience to it. And then what I like to do once I feel the effect of that I say thank you I appreciate you for helping me. This is in acknowledgement to my higher self, the universe for being here with me. But you do it however that's right for you. You can just say thank you I appreciate you for being here just to yourself.
This is only one way to go about it, but affirming you have it, feeling it take place in your body, your mind especially, and trying to stay in that feeling of happiness :)
And there are various of other ways to get yourself in alignment, and this one is effective. Just focus on the positivity of what you have, not of what you lack. There's no such thing as lack if you believe you have it what you seek. This will teach you.
Everything you seek for is within you, believe that. As a friend told me once, Go within or Go without, same applies here.

Yes, they are all mostly songs and music, for me, music is the best tool for positive affirmations as well as for bringing me back on track. and some quotes here and there. :)
