I did that on EP. I rubbed watermelon flesh on a sword and then took a photo of myself licking the blade. People thought it was legit.

I'd be willing to bet you just smeared some red lip gloss on your eyebrows for the photo, but on the chance that it really is blood, you might wanna not do that in case you end up with an infection.
