Anyone see a therapist?

I am wondering how to get the courage to speak up about things I am afraid to but know I need to to my therapist.

You don't need the courage to talk, just need the courage to walk in the door and sit down, getting you to talk is the therapist's job. You can only help make her job easier.

@DisillusionedWaves: You're welcome, I was in Behavioral Health for 7 years. See a therapist myself. Just take that initial step, it'll get easier..
