Therapist is like a lawyer, they're not allowed to speak to anyone about what you 2 talk about. They can lose their license if they do, so empty out your soul with them, it'll help

You don't need the courage to talk, just need the courage to walk in the door and sit down, getting you to talk is the therapist's job. You can only help make her job easier.

@DisillusionedWaves: You're welcome, I was in Behavioral Health for 7 years. See a therapist myself. Just take that initial step, it'll get easier..

Message me and we can talk about it if you weird weird you can block talking online is like talking to yourself but with another option besides yours and then you can show your therapist the message and you two can pick it up from there

I haven't personally, but have been with others, it seems so scary, but you quickly realize how freeing it feels after the session.

I say read a few books and practice in mirror first they are usually expensive and iffy depends on the person also
