sure you do, you always have the right to complain. You just dont have the right to have anyone listen or take it seriously, if you haven't done anything to try to fix it. BUt some people* need something to complain about, just to feel psychologically fulfilled.

@StandardIndividual: seriously, the English mostly seem to be in love with complaining, and with queueing (I've heard ppl I worked with in the UK, complaining about their holidays because there were no queues).
