I would legalize a lot of things that are outlawed for seemingly no reason, like switchblade knives and slingshots. There's a lot of kinds of knives and other cool melee weapons that are illegal for pretty much no reason. They're no more deadly or easily concealed than legal knives or even a fucking kitchen knife. They're only outlawed because they seem scary.
