I'm 235lb right now, I wanna bring it down to to 190lb (no less than 185lb & no more than 195) big solid upper body with a slim tight midsection.... what's yours bro :)

Trying to gain some weight, but eating a lot is unnatural for me which makes progress slow

Supplement with protein like optimum nutrition whey protein
Try this split
Mondays- chest
Tuesdays - biceps & triceps
Wednesday - off
Thursdays - back
Fridays - legs & shoulders
Also focus a lot on push-ups ( 3 sets in the morning 3 sets at night every single day with maybe 1 day off day Sunday, so if you start with 3 sets of 30, every 2 -4 weeks you bring it up by 5 consistently)
Also drink about a gallon of water throughout the day, cut out all sugary drinks & focus a lot on lean meats/ fish / veggies/ mixed raw nuts & fruits eating about 5-6 times smaller meals a day...
I would give you a running schedule but it doesn't seem you need it at all...

Chest/triceps/shoulders
Back/biceps
Legs
I don't eat much junk, I do need to drink more water and eat far more meats/veg/fruits
