Does anyone else smoke menthols around the holidays cause it feels more festive?

Sometimes yes, for sure check it out if you can. Mine did. They want you to quit, as does your doc. He should give you a Rx if you want

Cool ... the key is wanting to stop and stay stopped. ANother key is following the directions, start off slow like they recommend with the pills .. build up over a week to the recommended dose, then after about 10 days or so when you smoke you don't feel anything and you're like, why am I doing this destruction to my lungs when i'ts not doing anything for me?

Menthols are great though? I mean there not an everyday thing but I enjoy a nice Marlboro black menthol
