I have tried so many times to get into Indian food but I just can’t do it! I really love the flavors of all the spices, but it always upsets my stomach and I end up feeling really bloated. I think that it’s one of the best cuisines in the world and I love how many different options there are, but it just never works out for me. I keep trying though because I really want to like it!

@FutureIdol What spices? Turmeric is not spicy at all and has health benefits.
In India, it was traditionally used for disorders of the skin, upper respiratory tract, joints, and digestive system. Today, turmeric is promoted as a dietary supplement for a variety of conditions, including arthritis, digestive disorders, respiratory infections, allergies, liver disease, depression, and many others. If the green chilly is too hot, cut it down to a few slices or use a sprinkle of cracked chili pepper flakes.
