Can the hospital do a surgery against my will

They want to remove my appendix even though I keep telling them no they called a surgeon already I have yelled I don't give concent

Generally, no. That said, the hospital could conceivably do a psychiatric admit on you, saying that you are a threat to yourself, at which time they could perform surgery on you if it is judged to be essential to save your life. There would probably need to be court orders thrown into the mix there at some point.

@Wolfgirl567 That's your choice, and if you make clear that it's a religious objection, then they will very likely honor your wishes and let you die a horrible, painful, extended death because your decisions are informed by fairy tales. That's up to you, though.
