Anyone believe in or understand past life regression?

Iv had these dreams im in a different body in a different time. I remeber dying 7 times in 7 different lives. I wake up sometimes and feel like i have a natural ability to learn certain skill. Like i know what im doing as im doing it, my body just needs to learn it.
