Wtf did I say?

So I was with a buddy walking around with his baby some Muslim women walked past and said something in Arabic along the lines of beautiful baby honorable men. I don't speak Arabic but I responded in Arabic. Not sure what I said. I don't really understand Arabic either. I was thinking honorable women respectful talk. Idk though. Wtf did I say.
