I know this might sound weird but sometimes I feel like a teen kid stuck in a 30 year old man's body

I mean, I am 30 years old but I feel disgusting sometimes.

I can't really hang out anywhere anymore without feeling like I'm some sort of creep or something especially if I'm by myself.
