Sometimes at work when I'm talking to gen z coworkers

I feel like I'm talking to another species.

Some language and forms of expression...they don't understand. Their sense of humour is kinda quirky to me etc

I'm gen-z and I absolutely hate my generation, we are mostly disappointments. That's why I love the 80s and I speak differently I dress like billy from stranger things and I'm a metalhead. I'm also a Christian.
