Ok the lady at work who was giving me a hard time got talked to today.

She got pulled in to the office by the owner and got told to say little to me unless it is work related or unless I'm really screwing up. I got pulled in as well to give him a rundown of what has been going on and that it seems in his eyes she has a tone problem meaning it's not so much what she says but how she says it and comes across. I agreed she does have that issue and i said she's also very overbearing. He still thinks we should have a heart to heart to fully squash it but he understands if I'm not ready for that next step.

I even said i don't hate her i just want to be treated with respect. He even said i don't seem i have it in me to truly hate someone. Hell even yesterday when i was crying and was asked what i think needs to be done i could have said write her up or fire her but i didn't i just said she needs spoken to.

First off what kind of work do you do? Do you mess up much? Why were you crying? Work is not personal? Personal feelings should be left at home? How long have you been there working?

@Valerian I did cause a slight scene as i cried in the kitchen in front of everyone and quietly asked the manager that day if i could go home early. I just stated the facts and provided incidents in which things happened to me and i mentioned how i felt and saw others being spoken down to as well. I didn't attack her or insult anyone because it's not necessary or right. The issue was how i felt everyday at work and how i was treated.
