The best place I've found for selling things like that, is my neighbourhood website. As a 10-year-old electronic device, don't expect to get too much for it.

Take it to a DAV or Salvation Army and donate. Used TVs have no value

If you're lucky, you can give it away. Most places won't even let you donate televisions anymore... some will have you pay them to take a television. At least that is how it is here.
