What other harmless pills people enjoy a lot?

I never took pain killers before. I was prescribed some for after my wisdom tooth was removed, and now I get why ppl like them so much.

After dental surgery I was high as a kite and happy as a clam, had the best sleep of my life.
Babbled on about dental equipment moving by themselves, while the kind nurse humored me.
