Check also in your area or city, many churches or towns have a food pantry. They provide many staples and a few extras too. There is no shame in it at all...I have had to do this.

@Coralmist food pantries help a little bit, the food is in exactly exciting though but just something to kind of get by on

@Punches Yes it could help in obtaining juice, canned goods, a few treats, and some meat.
