Just type the "@" character and a separate dialogue box with your followers will pop-up...
Must note it's just those you follow as well as tagging only applies to who you follow. It wouldn't make any sense to have the whole sites usernames since tagging applies to those you follow.
@LordShadowfire tagging others had always been a real thing. Especially on day one of SW because there were no threads in the beginning. Just one comment after the next.
