Did any of you ever try to lucid dream?

I did a long time ago, successfully even a few times! But now? I get so anxious or excited when I realize I’m dreaming g that I wake up.

Yes! It was a lot of fun for the short time I was able to do this. @Dan193 Yet, there were times. In my dreams i wold ge too rational and try to make things nonsensicle, make sense. I feel as though maybe I ruined a really good time on occasion.

I quit trying a long time ago and have never made a good effort to start again. @Dan193 I suffer from insomnia, too often. Or did..not lately. Ive found a way to get me to go to sleep that mostly works, maybe its time to start trying again.

@nonsensiclesnail pls tell me. I really struggle with falling asleep myelf. Sometimes hours until morning
