Did any of you ever try to lucid dream?

@MrGomco really? When did u start? And when do u usally dream? Right befire waking up in the morning?

@Dan193 I started as a kid and happens more often right before waking up, but sometimes during the night. Set your mind during the day and before to sleep and in few days you will be able to do it.

@MrGomco do u use alarm clocks for that? Or always happened naturally?
Also do u ever have a messed up sleeping schedule? I feel like that would be a deterrent

@Dan193 Sometimes it happens naturally, there is not a specific rule, you can use an alarm 95 minutes before you want to wake up, sleep another 90 minutes and be convinced in having a lucid dream after shutting off the alarm, 5 minutes are enough to fall asleep again... it's easy.

@MrGomco wait, so u wake up 95 mins before morning, then is when you are trying to have lucid dream? After trying to fall asleep in 5 minutes? And in the morning after 90 more minutes, u get the normal wake up alarm? And u remember thelucid dream?
Or I didnt understand right?

@Dan193 If you have to wake up at 7AM your alarm must sound at 5:25 (95 mins before) you can fall asleep again for another 90 minutes sleep cycle, to have a lucid dream and then you will wake up at 7.

@Dan193 But it will take several attempts and you have to set your mind before to sleep and durring the day and doing "reality checks" to verify if it's a dream or if it's not.

@MrGomco 2hat really checks do u do? Also how do u wake up out of a dream?

@Dan193 I use to bite my thumb to check if I'm dreaming, when I'm dreaming it feels like buble gum or rubber, so I realize it's time to enjoy my lucid dream.
