@cherokeepatti interesting, never thought of a sweet potato smoothie. We only have the Beauregard sweet potatoes where I am.

@MrAboo I’ve made both kinds and they were good. Sometimes I make my own combinations. The best one tasted like a decadent dessert, Dark Cocoa and Frozen raspberries sweetened with Truvia stevia sweetener and in almond milk. Everything healthy in it but me being the weirdo that I am cannot tolerate the acid in the raspberries and I was limping around for months not realizing that the raspberries were affecting my feet. I went on vacation for about 10 days and didn’t limp at all. Was thinking it was all psychological because I needed a vacation. Came back home and after about 3 days I thought a Chocolate Raspberry smoothie would be good and a half hour later I’m limping again. That’ how I figured it out

@cherokeepatti I couldn’t do almond milk as I just don’t like the stuff, but everything else sounds good. Too bad about the raspberries.

@assemblingaknob No Idea, ... But I was a Berchtesgaden [i](Germany, on the border with Austria in the Alpes)[/i] 3 weeks ago. We wanted to visit the Eagles Nest on the Obersalzberg, and it was impossible to go up there because it was snowing heavily. There were already people skiing on the slopes.
