Anyone following the submissions to the Law Lords re: leaving the E:U ?

I've been trying to follow the UK governments case for dismissing the 'Brexit' campaign and being allowed to set it's own agenda for leaving the E:U.
Turns out neither side seem to have understood what being part of the E:U was supposed to be all about !
Farce from begining to end !
