I've brayed people before something I never thought I would be capable of

I never imagined something like this happening but yet here I am.

I was under a ton of pressure and I wasn't thinking right but ultimately these are excuses aren't they? for my wrongful behavior.

I don't even know how I function as a human being in society knowing that I can't fully be trusted because apparently I crumble under pressure.
