When did it become socially acceptable to dress like a delinquent in public and still expect honor, decency, respect and trust from people?

If you dress like a gangsta rapper idk about you but that tells me that you are into that kinda culture crap wich promotes sex, violence, drugs, murder, robbery etc.

Why would I as a law abiding citizen want to smile at you or nod my head in respect to my fellow man when you follow that stuff much less even shake your hand or allow you to approach me.

Then again men in suits have also committed organized, corporate and government crimes so idk we are f*cked
