Just do more lower body work. Squats and deadlifts to work your booty, some cardio after to burn a few more calories for toning up. Go easy on upper body work so as not to build shoulders. As someone else said you'll get "in shape" before you start to bulk up

That’ll take some time to build up a tough physique. You’ll get toned long before you start looking “manly”. I say go for it, if you want.

You can improve your legs just by walking. Finding someone else to eat all the bread would probably help too! :-)
