I lowkey think my job wants me gone

I dont get trained on anything new but all the newhires keep getting trained on everything. I get stuck in one spot all the time. Im good at it but i want to grow. I keep getting nitpicked qnd critiqued to death and i feel like im out of the loop.

It's like they don't have faith in me or dont want me to succeed even though i am competent and work hard
