Geeze Louise....,
Will that extra 12-20% keep you any safer, or do you see an opportunity ? A way to leverage the situation to your benefit and the loss of multiple others involved ?
As mentioned earlier..., the "quid pro quo" portion of that tact might very well be illegal because I doubt you can force the renegotiation of any current contract.
Especially not by use of threat.
Which is exactly what you'd be doing, even if you were saying it would only affect any new deal.
Wording and presentation of any such proposal would need to be done through proper and legal channels and means
I suppose if you're in a Red State that there may not be any laws to prevent the tactic.
I'd tread carefully as you go about shaking down the church, it's followers, and the Pastor.
You might want to discuss your thoughts with a competent lawyer.
Any blue state will have renter protection laws that could very well stop any and all evictions for years without end as well if the evictions were based upon private health concerns....
Try not to get mad at me again, eh....
I'm just commenting on a public post in some random website where everyone pretends to be a screenname (or 2)

@LordShadowfire
Considering how much of an angry miserable person you are I didn’t expect you to
I won't lose any sleep over my decision. And that's what it's down to right now.

@LordShadowfire absolutely not. you are just angry and miserable in general.

@thelastofus My father is 77 years old. He has diabetes and is extremely frail. Just because some young 20 something year old can survive this virus, that doesn't mean he would. Why is this so difficult for people to grasp?

Raise it by $100.00 but charge only $50.00 and get a tax letter for the other $50.00 then everyone is happy

I figured this one would get nasty. Yep.
