Are you scared of the future?

At times im freaking terrified and I don't like that I feel this way. I've been terrified of the future so much so in the past that I made some very, extensively and dare I say insanely ill thought out decisions.

I don't like feeling afraid of the future so I seek comfort in the pleasant things of the past through music and other media.

Sometimes or often times I feel like society and technology is moving too fast. Faster than I and millions of other people can keep up with.

There are too many societal changes happening so fast, I perceive so, but perhaps other people would say society is not changing for the better fast enough.
