Employers can generally insist on appropriate personal protective equipment be worn which includes masks, however in most cases the employer has to pay for it.

Yet if they forced you to get a rectal exam you’d bend over, no questions asked.

If you’d leave a job over masks…🙄
Consider this; you’ve said your customers aren’t wearing masks, you’re still dealing with the public, and people are still catching Covid and other variants.
If your employer pays for your healthcare, and masks help you avoid getting sick even to some degree, it would make sense.

They can still require you wear pants instead shorts too! And that does not depend on what your customers are wearing. So consider it part of the dress code. They could require you to wear a mask for the next 20 years if they want, pandemic or no pandemic.
Why is showing up on time a policy and not a choice? It's called having a damn job. It's their company, not yours.
And remember, they don't owe you a job in the first place, so check your entitlement and grow up.
