My family was so poor in asia im pretty sure id be working in a field or sweat shop if my parents never moved

I feel the same. Being the child of immigrants lets you appreciate things in a different way. I can't help but roll my eyes anytime people start complaining about minor first world problems when you know people are being worked like dogs, living in fear, and barely getting enough to eat back in your parent's home country.
