What’s cheaper than Uber and Lyft?

I know someone at my job that takes Lyft to work and back. Sometimes Uber. I know it’s none of my business but that’s like wasting his full page check on a ride. He said it would take him an hour and 40 minutes to get home in the bus and he rather go on Lyft.
I rather take the long way home and pay less than spending $19-$35 on Lyft to work and back.

Maybe he has offers from them. I am getting offers often for UBER, but I have traveled a lot for work so they probably target market me.

@LaylaTheTallGirl I get offered ride share discounts that come up at times. Earlier this month i was offered 18.00 off 6 rides and last month i had a code for 25.00 back if i took 2 rides within a particular timeframe. I think it depends on location and how much you use it as to what you are offered.
