How do you make friends as an adult?

Honestly, please, please tell me once you got the answer hahaha. I'm looking for good friends to keep around too.

As adults, people only tend to approach when they need something. It gets tiring to even respond.

@Dan193 Really? It gets tiring. Like we exist for so much more. It's nice to help out but people tend to abuse people who help them. It's nicer to hang out with people who like you for you. Because they genuinely enjoy your company and like to hear you laugh.
