Does anyone check the Recent Activity at the bottom of the page?

To see what other people talk about or who they interact with?
Sometimes when the flow of questions slows down and I get all the way down to "Load more" I see the other people "Recent activity" section. Feels kinda weird to click on it, but I think it's an interesting feature.
