I don't understand i have barely been eating the past few weeks but gained weight? Wtf

I weighed myself this morning and it's reading higher than last night. Wtf. In the past when i ate nothing i lost weight so wtf is going on now

Your metabolism is changing ...you actually need to eat to lose weight ....your body tends to overcompensate by producing more sugar because your body needs the right nutrients.....by eating 5 small meals a day of healthy snacks ,high protein and complex carbs ,healthy fats along with excersize the weight will slowly come off ...slowly is the way to lose weight if you want to keep it off ...and drink plenty of water ....js

I noticed for myself, that it’s harder to lose weight now that I’m in my mid-30s. Starving yourself doesn’t work in the long run, it’s not healthy to keep that up. Just small portions of healthy Whole real Foods through the day (advice I should be following as well)

Maybe eating too late . I don't eat after 7:00pm Try to stop by 5:00 . Maybe little more movement after eating
