You've got water leaking behind the tile. A utilty knife to cut out the old caulk and replace it with new is the ticket i will bet.
If you choose to let it go, the wall and floor will continue to rot. Not to mention mold.
You can get what you need for around tweny dollars. And some labor.

@Ingwe I squirted it with bleach and it faded it some but it's back to being moist again
