Do you like sardines? What do they taste like?
I've never tried them before. And I like trying new things, so I'll probably get some soon just to see what they taste like

They are very nutritious with a lot of protein, calcium and omega-3 in a small package. I was first introduced to them as something to take along on a hike as part of a light meal since the can doesn't require refrigeration or take up much room and is easy to open.
But the best, in my opinion are brislings (small and, i think always, from the Baltic Sea packed in E.V. olive oil). King Oscar is a favorite brand; Crown Prince also good. The can usually says "two layer-12-22 fish". King Oscar "Tiny Tots", in a yellow rather than red wrapper, seem to be identical .
