I'm about to either walk out or grab a tire iron and beat some ass

I'm sick of my boss watching me like a hawk and nitpicking or questioning all i do. Seriously? Havent you got store running stuff to do. Why am i the only one treated this way? Yesterday i was put on assembly for sandwiches and he came at me for using a torn pickle telling me to use a new one. Why? Nobody is gonna care about a pickle being torn. Customers just want their food they dont care about things being all perfect. He got on me too about putting too much lettuce on. Uhhhh it said two pieces that's what i did.

Today he was questioning me about why i did something a certain way. I told him it keeps temp better. Keeps them firmer the tomatoes that is. I place a pan of ice under the pan they are in to keep them colder and firmer. It's not standard! Who cares it's better quality this way.

I am mad. I just want to walk out right now.
