I thought i was getting better but last night i saw dark blobs again

I saw one that looks like someones head looking into my room ftom the doorway
Like a looking ftom around the doorframe kind of head stick in. Then i saw black shadowy blob thing crawling around on my ceiling. It started as a black ball looking thing but then it became that. It's all cloud looking but black
