@Mellowgirl Have you looked at the NUTRITIONAL DATA on the sides of most cereal boxes....?
And my cholesterol was 124 the other day (blood test) and my triglycerides were low as well..... so I don't feel the LEAST bit guilty if I have an extra slice..... LOL

@Threepio I eat rice crispies... Its the only cereal that I can eat... It has the least amount of sugar in comparison to the others. And it contains the least amount of fancy names since its only rice!
