Why are some people so pissed off all the time?

I swear some people enjoy being angry. All they do is bitch n moan lol try to make others feel like shit. I find it hard not to pick on them, it's kinda funny when people are easily angered for no reason. I usually will leave them alone thou, I really don't like drama. Sometimes it's like they're asking for it thou haha.
