Wonderful stories, such as that told by Disciplinarian, an SW member, who has lost more than 100 pounds, and went from being a candidate for kidney dialysis to now having NO kidney problems...at age 56! He says he is extremely disciplined.
Truth be known, I have about a teaspoons of personal discipline, so I find his story inspiring and admirable!
