Is there something about you that you keep absolutely quiet?
I was diagnosed with something as a child that is kept with strict confidentiality within the immediate family. I never disclose it to anyone.

I don't feel there's a need to say anything about that illness. The only worry i have is my friends should think i ghosted out if truthfully i vanished from the face of Earth
