Did/Do you have anger management issues?

If so, how did you deal with it?
Me personally, I have a strong grip on my emotions, especially anger.. But when I lose control I could do some horrible shit..
I almost got to jail for assault, got stitches in my right hand cuz his teeth ripped flesh between my fingers.

Luckily he didn't file a complaint..

Since that day.. I try to avoid the slightest arguments with people 😅[image]

Ouch my brother broke his hand on someone's jaw
The guy attacked him so he didn't have much choice
But yeah, best to avoid
The consequences can be just too high

I'm a woman, we tend to internalise our anger but sometimes I release so much adrenalin it stuffs me up for days

At least he stood up for himself the consequences come later makes you re-think the way how you're dealing things 😅
