the Red plastic seat guard says Pascal on it , will check on google to see when Pascal actually closed was years ago this i know May 16, 1991 Pascal was in business for almost 90 years and operated 26 hardware and furniture stores in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick before going bankrupt on May 16, 1991.
