I have one last appointment for the counseling I started back in January of this year for my PTSD and the death of my son. We were both Veterans, and he lost his fight with PTSD .... So, I am better too.

I learned more about my self in a few different ways, what my body can handle, how to compartmentalize trauma and stress, my sexuality, my morals were tested and how much academic work I can handle. I learned a lot :)
