No. How are they going to store that data, who gets access to that data, how will they secure that data and how will they use that data because we all know it won't just stop at entry.

I too have tried to come up with a way to solve these crimes.
It takes a community working together to fight crime. People have to be willing to give a LOT more before things will get better.
