i got text message my my flip phone provider warning me about late payment and a number to call to check on my account status ,

so i dialed the number and it appears i don't have sufficient funds to place the call , wtf ! and i can't text them back because texting is way to difficult and tedious for me , so i hope i have enough left in my account to pay it or they'll cancel my phone within 7 days , and i can't see whats in my account because of Bank problems and i still can't use easyweb
